Upon seeing an extraordinary field of bluebonnets along with a flock of photograph-seekers, I quickly veered onto the side road that bordered the field. As the kids were unbuckling, they shouted, "Can we go into the sea? Can we go into the sea?" The field was that saturated with blue...it looked like the ocean! Caleb and Madi were absolutely delighted to run through the fields of blue...yes, there was field upon field upon field of blue. And the photo opportunities were incredible...
